I was trying to buy a Wings of Victory bundle but it costs more than it should when using GJN. https://live.warthunder.com/post/732675/en/ It should cost 39.99GJN but I need 45.36GJN unlike the Tracks of Victory bundle which costs 15USD and 15GJN.
I had that bug as well, just with the Allied Air Bundle. On store, it says 59.98 or smth GJN, while when I was going to buy it it wrote out 62.xx GJN. I was confused, but bought anyway. Result? Only the 59.98 GJN had been spent from my account. I would say give it a try, it worked for me at least.

Did you login to store? It should be deducted (if you really purchased the pack and not just own the vehicle somehow from warbonds etc.)

You can't sell them directly. On the market you can sell only a coupon of a vehicle. If you open (consume) a coupon only then you own the vehicle inside the coupon
