They never promised about E-100 anything at previous event - its only in your mind....
The E-100 was promised to be a very limited rare award tank. It was not promised to be limited to the Thunder League. The E-100 was part of a tournament reward, that other than the Golden Dog Tag required to access, required no money or GE to enter or progress. So nobody paid any money other than the tag to get the E-100, it simply depended on who came top in the tournament.
You know, I've spent hundreds of dollars on War Thunder over the years, and have never regretted any of it. To see these sorts of generosity given back to the players is really heartening too. I just feel so happy being a part of this community. Happy birthday!
