There will be no price changes. They didn't lose any "value", whatever you mean by this.
I remember Gaijin saying there never will be rank V premiums. And now, here they are.
The limitation was buying your way straight to top tier, not V rank by itself. Now that we have rank VI, it's no longer a problem.
Why is the Obj 120 on preorder status? Something wrong with it?

In my PS4, obj120 isn't display any pages.(USSR Rank5 premium tanks tree is empty). And when I crick m47 and Be-6 ,Ho-Ri going to buy,I can'tGo to the page of that tanks or planes by Error. And in the PSN Store, I can't discover The bundres that add in Update 1.71. Is it A BUG? Or PS4 users can't buy 1.71 bundles?
