In update 1.71 New E.R.A. we will introduce a lot of new features and one of them is a long anticipated gunner view for aircraft with one gunner position.
In update 1.71 New E.R.A. we implement new camera view for the defensive turret for more than 50 aircraft with one gunner position. The view has been moved as close to the weapon as possible, thus parallax effect is reduced. This view mode is enabled by default, but you can switch back to classic view in the settings.

From the pictures it looks like you are able to either look down the sights or get the fire from hip effect that is in most fps's. Am I correct in this?
Awesome! I truly like the added immersion. Will gun models start getting higher quality updates? A lot of them blurry and grainy and don't look too well compared to the actual aircraft.
This is only the tail veiw, will it be for all turrets? (i.e. ball turrets, side of fuselage and nose.)
