Dear Players!
Going to battle alone is dangerous, especially on the fierce battlefields of War Thunder. Playing together as a team is the key to victory, so it's always good to have someone by your side to watch your six or flank the bad guys and coordinate with.
You probably have some friends out there who do not yet play War Thunder - but could make your perfect wingman one day. If so, then it's time to invite them! To do so, simply select the 'Invite Friend' option in the game's main menu to get your personal referral link, which you can then pass on to friends that are not yet playing War Thunder. For every player that joins through this link, you will be rewarded depending on his or her progress within the game. Player needs to purchase at least one vehicle of the designated rank to receive the reward.
It's also a good deal for anyone who joins the game as well! Any new player registering through a referral link receives 50 as a gift.
If you have a nice story about you and your friends playing War Thunder together,
share it with us in the comment section!

Back when tanks was open beta. Friend and I spent all day doing the achievements needed to get in. Once in we jumped into a game with no idea of the speed these little light US tanks had. First, my friend rounded a corner, and flipped. I went full speed to help him and immediately flipped going around the same corner. Collided right into him just to kill each other on the impact.
We need to think about some kind of driving licences for fast tanks ;)
if only my friends played warthunder :p
Ikr ;c
When I was growing up to be a pilot I had imaginary friends.
Discovering that hitting certain rocks at high speeds will make your tank fly n using that tactic to drop down onto your enemies with 15+ tons of surprise :)
Did you tried to send a video to Thunder Show? :P
Stona_WT, I'll see what I can do :)
Doing a pseudo-parasite fighter tactic. My buddy stayed directly above my bomber and when enemies engaged me he would pull up and off of me and get rid of them.
Nice moves :)
3 japanese bombers vs a whole russian team of yak fighters
Once was playing a game of realistic as a pby. i shot down 3 fighters and still make it to the landing strip while heavily damaged. possibly the best moment of war thunder i have to share.
Tu-4 squads are the best ;)
what do you mean by "unique" crew slot
Additional one. So even if you bought all available for SL and GE, you will get one, additional crew slot :)
one time me and some friends decided to do a p-26 realistic battle, one of my friends though brought a bearcat instead. To mess with him I shot a single .50 into his tail as we were taking off, that was all it took to take out his tail control
in reality, especially if you don't have an outstanding popularity (i.e. famous Youtuber) trying to get friends to play a certain game via an invite is rather hard and is seen as a rather "scumy" / sly thing to do. People may very well believe that, "Oh you're inviting me to play War Thunder so that way I can make you some free premium currency?" Sure, legitimate friends in real life this option would be fantastic but friends strictly met in online, this can be seen as a good and bad thing.
Invited friend gets 50GE, so he lose nothing, but get a small reward :)
