On July 1st 1926, the Swedish Air Force was established as a separate military branch. Today it celebrates its centenary! The country maintained neutrality during both World War II and the Cold War while simultaneously building up its military capabilities. About this aircraft

• The J35A Draken is armed with a pair of 30 mm cannons and can carry up to four RB24 air-to-air missiles, twelve m/56D unguided rockets, and a fuel tank on its central hardpoint. It is a very fast and maneuverable fighter but has no countermeasures. However, it’s capable of outrunning and out-turning enemy missiles!
