I'll wait until July 20th and try the T-2 Early.

Is there gonna be a vehicle devblog today?
No plans, sorry.
Is there any chance to recive GCS-1 IIR for japan planes ?
One of our players already created such suggestion here: https://forum.warthunder.com/t/type-91-gcs-1-bomb-guidance-device-for-japan-plane/81995
what will be the limit for squadron vehicles per tree (like US ground, air, heli, and ship)
Not sure what do you mean by limit per tree. I do not think I saw something like that.
