Anniversary of the MiG-15’s Adoption into Service: Discount on the MiG-15bis ISH
The MiG-15, the most mass-produced jet fighter in history, was designed by the Mikoyan and Gurevich Design Bureau and accepted into service with the Soviet Air Force on August 23rd 1949. It served various countries for over half a century and took part in conflicts in China, Korea and Egypt, and was also actively used by the USSR to protect the air borders of Warsaw Pact countries.

Prinz Eugen Temporarily Returns to Celebrate the Anniversary of its Launch
Named after the 18th century Austrian general, the Prinz Eugen heavy cruiser was launched on August 22nd 1938. In May 1941, it took part in Operation Rheinübung and helped in the attack of the British battlecruiser HMS Hood. From mid-1943, Prinz Eugen provided artillery cover for German troops on the Eastern Front. After the war, it was handed over to the United States and was destroyed during nuclear tests at Bikini Atoll.

US Airborne Day: Get Yourself a New Decal & the UH-1C XM-30!
On August 16th 1940, the first airborne landing of American troops took place. Since 1943, the US Airborne Forces actively participated in combat operations during World War II — first during the invasion of Italy, and then in Normandy and the Ardennes. They played a vital role during D-Day, assisting with the Allies having a safer landing on the beaches.

On August 15th, Poland celebrates Polish Armed Forces Day, a national holiday dedicated to all branches of the country’s armed forces. A large military parade takes place on Warsaw’s main square, and concerts and public festivities are held throughout the country.
50th Anniversary of the Tornado’s First Flight: A Special Decal and a Discount!
On the 14th August 1974, the Panavia Tornado took to the skies for the first time. This multinational, multirole aircraft marks 50 years since its first flight in 2024 and still flies today with the Luftwaffe, Aeronautica Militare and Royal Saudi Air Force. The Royal Air Force, previously being one of the 3 original operators, retired their last Tornados in 2019.

The Type 69-IIa and a Decal to Commemorate PLA Day!
Army Day is celebrated in China every year on August 1st. This date is both the day the PLA was created and the iconic symbol of the Chinese military — the flag and the coat of arms bear the “August 1st” symbol. The People’s Liberation Army has made many modernizations of its weapons and equipment, and now stands as one of the most powerful armed forces in the world.
The Hunter FGA.9 is Available on the Anniversary of its First Flight!
On July 20th 1951, the first flight of the Hawker Hunter jet fighter took place. The Hunter saw extensive use in dozens of conflicts around the world and is still in service with the Zimbabwean Air Force. A total of 1,972 Hunters were produced.
The T-2 Early is Available on the Anniversary of its First Flight!
The first Japanese supersonic aircraft, the T-2, was developed by the Mitsubishi Corporation and first flew on July 20th 1971. Production continued until 1988, with a total of 90 fighters being produced and exclusively used in Japan.

Bastille Day: A Festive Decal, Discounts and Vehicles for Golden Eagles!
On July 14th, 1789, the first flame of the Great French Revolution was lit: the Parisians captured Bastille fortress. The day is celebrated as a national holiday with festivals, balls and military parades, including the largest parade on the Champs-Élysées, hosted by the French President.

The Israeli A-4E Returns for the Anniversary of its First Flight!
On July 12th, 1961, the first flight of the A-4E, a modernized modification of the light carrier-based A-4 Skyhawk attack aircraft took place! Israel was the most common importer of the Skyhawk line, with these aircraft forming a significant part of the Israeli Air Force during the Yom Kippur War and the War of Attirition with Egypt. After the end of these conflicts, Israel needed to replenish its air fleet and purchased large numbers of A-4E aircraft.

A Plane, Ship and Decal for the Anniversary of the Japanese Self-Defense Forces!
In 1952, American instructors trained the first soldiers of the Japanese National Security Forces. Two years later on July 1st 1954, the Japanese Self-Defense Forces were formed. In January 1955, the United States transferred its first 85 aircraft to the Japanese Air Self-Defense Forces. In total they have 712 aircraft in service, of which 321 are fighters.
Celebrating Swedish Air Force Day with Aircraft and a Unique Decal!
Since its founding on July 1st 1926, the Swedish Air Force has been involved in very few conflicts. One squadron of volunteers came to the aid of Finland in the Soviet-Finnish war, but in WWII Sweden remained neutral. Officially, the Swedish Air Force took part in battles only during the Congolese crisis in 1961-1964, and in 2011 they patrolled the skies over Libya.

Founding of the South African National Defence Force: Rooikat 105 Returns for Golden Eagles!
In 1910, the Union of South Africa was formed, and two years later on July 1st 1912, the Defence Forces were founded. They served in WWI and WWII, as well as the Korean War. Currently, 74,000 people serve in the South African National Defense Forces.

German Navy Day: Two Ships and a Decal!
On June 14th 1848, the newly formed German Empire founded a navy to confront Denmark, which had established a blockade on German ports. They took part in only one battle at Heligoland in 1849, but were unable to lift the blockade. In 1849, the empire ceased to exist, and in 1852 so did the navy. This memorable date remained and is celebrated as German Navy Day to this day.
