To anyone wondering if they get decal when they already own vehicle - yes, you will get it when you log into game.
I never did get the Type 74 G approved by wiki decal despite having owned it for a while before the decal became available unfortunately
With Type 74G you got the decal only if you purchase vehicle during promo time.
Could someone explain to me what the CV 90105 XC-8 has to do with Wikipedia?
I think these are for when vehicles get proper WT Wiki entries.
