Hey everyone!
, we’ll be introducing rank IX for aircraft research trees. This rank will include some existing top-tier aircraft, while some rank VIII aircraft will be grouped or relocated. Comparison images of the trees before and after the changes can be seen below. Check them out!
In the near future, several armored vehicles in the USSR and Chinese research trees will be moved. Comparison images of the trees before and after the changes can be seen below. Check them out!
These changes are aimed at improving the research tree structure and aligning the vehicle Battle Ratings with their ranks to ensure progression is smoother. Affected vehicles are marked with a special icon in the game.
We’re announcing upcoming changes in advance to give you the opportunity to plan your tech tree research with an understanding of how the tech trees will look in the near future.

Comments will be premoderatedCan I get compensation for my rank 7 premiums? I cannot research efficiently stuff I was able to before.
You can. There were no changes in tech tree. We will implement them in March.
It would also have been nice, if you would have included the new progression lockers for rank 8 that will inevitably added with the addition of rank 9
give the gripen e its real rwr coverage
Does this mean we'll be getting new end-of-the-line stuff for ground?
Won't it match planes against 1 rank higher anymore? If so, that's great!
You guys need to explain more for the Chinese air tree than you have done. You're putting the J-11s into the bomber tree?
Perhaps this is a good opportunity to increase the BR of the French Rafale? Or to improve the flight speed of competitors from other countries, such as the Swedish JAS39E?
OK, I see the update introduces minor changes. But there should be at least a 0.7 BR difference between the Rafale and the JAS39E. Alternatively, improve the Gripen's capabilities (higher speed or better missiles). Currently, it's very disappointing.
