It’s time to hunt raiders! It was precisely for their attacks on Allied transport ships that the German Deutschland-class heavy cruisers, especially Admiral Graf Spee, became famous for. In response, France launched the Dunkerque-class battleships which were to become the natural enemies of the raiders. One of these ships, Strasbourg, is now the main reward in this new naval event!

Hornet’s Sting: Improvements and New Features!
Today we’ll be doing a brief overview of the improvements and features coming in the Hornet’s Sting major update! We’ve already talked about some of the main changes and vehicles coming to the game in the CM Covert Disclosures article and vehicle dev blogs, so be sure to check those out to keep up to speed with what’s coming.
The M728 CEV for the Anniversary of the US Army Corps of Engineers!
The Corps of Engineers first appeared in the Continental Army in 1775 during the American Revolution. In its modern form, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers was officially established on March 16th, 1802, when President Thomas Jefferson signed the Military Peace Establishment Act into law. Engineers built bridges and fortifications during the Civil War and World War II, supported the Allied landings in Normandy, and also worked on large-scale civilian projects such as the Hoover Dam and Panama Canal.

On March 15th, 1848, an uprising broke out in Pest against the Austrian Empire, which at the time ruled the Kingdom of Hungary. The uprising was bloodless and achieved concessions from the Emperor, who agreed to all of the Hungarian demands, granting them freedom of the press, civil rights and greater autonomy. The anniversary of this event is celebrated to this day as one of Hungary’s main national holidays.

A Decal and Discounts on Finnish Aircraft for Finnish Air Force Day!
Finland declared its independence in December 1917 and shortly after on March 6th 1918, the country’s Air Force was formed. The Finnish Air Force showed itself especially well during the two Soviet-Finnish wars. The number of downed Soviet aircraft was an order of magnitude higher than Finnish air losses. As a result of a peace treaty, Finland significantly reduced its Air Force after the war, however it began to build it up again in 1990. Currently, the Finnish Air Force has 60 multi-role American F/A-18 aircraft and another 64 F-35 Lightning II are to join them.
Alexander Pokryshkin’s P-39N-0 is Temporarily Available for the Ace’s Birthday!
Alexander Pokryshkin was born on March 6th 1913 in Novo-Nikolaevsk (now Novosibirsk) to a working-class family. He was fascinated by planes from the age of 12 and at the age of 19 he volunteered for the Red Army, where he trained as an aircraft technician.
