Actually ray tracing effects, HDR, etc have been in game for about 4.5 years.
the dialog between the pilot and ATC in the SU-34 was pretty much copied from a real-life situation when a Patriot missile was fired upon a SU-34 in the Russia/Ukraine war within the last year
