Dupleix Returns to Sale on its Anniversary!
Dupleix was the fourth Suffren-class heavy cruiser in service with the French Navy. It was laid down in the fall of 1929 and put into service on May 1st 1932. At the beginning of World War II, Dupleix served near Dakar, hunting German ships and in June 1940 took part in the attack on Genoa and Vado Ligure. In November 1942, Dupleix was scuttled to avoid capture by the Germans.
Dupleix is available for Golden Eagles and is here to stay!
This heavy cruiser is available for 6,090 Golden Eagles.
When: From May 1st (11:00 GMT).
Where: France > Bluewater fleet > Premium vehicles.
About this heavy cruiser
- Dupleix boasts enhanced armor that can protect important modules from high-explosive and semi-armor-piercing shells. In terms of weapons, this heavy cruiser is a true all-rounder. This is thanks to its powerful 203 mm main caliber guns, 4 x twin 90 mm mounts, torpedoes and a reconnaissance aircraft. Use this wide arsenal to emerge victorious in a wide variety of combat situations!

Comments will be premoderatedAs one of the French (native) players who did purchase the dupleix a while back, I was very sad to note that you did not add the M1936 AP projectiles? These were available on all 203MM armed french Cruisers. Dupleix is stuck at 5.7 Battle rating, when contemporaries such as the Myoko, Admiral Hipper, Prinz Eugen, Furutake, Aoba, Myoko are all better armored, or better armed, with - always - better ammunition choices, mobility, survivability/crew. Sometimes, all of the previous. Please, look...
Not going to lie even as a naval player even i couldn't care less about worst 5.7 crusier. Maybe making it same br as Colbert as it should be would make it less of a bad premium. Same br as Eugen after the br changes is just a joke. In my personal opinion would consider it at like 5.0 or at 5.3 and when APHE is maybe added.
Nice! Thank you, Gaijin, but as others have mentioned, please look into adding it's missing AP shells and review it's BR to make sure it gets put into fair match-ups. 🙏
Worst premium cruiser in the game, on par with the Yubari. When is French navy going to get some real love? 3 years after release, like Italy did?
Why was it removed from the store?
