German Unity Day: Vehicles for GE and a Decal to celebrate!
For many decades following the end of World War II, Germany was divided into two countries. It was only until 1989 when the process of German unification of the German Democratic Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany began, with the official consolidation starting today, on October 3rd, 1990. This date is celebrated yearly as German Unity Day!
When: From October 3rd (12:00 GMT) until October 6th (12:00 GMT).
Where: Germany > Aviation / Army > Premium vehicles.
About the tank
- The Pz.Sfl.Ic is an exemplary light tank: it’s lightly armored, but at the same time agile and stealthy. With a maximum speed of 56 km/h, the Pz.Sfl.Ic is an excellent choice for scouting, with its range of ammunition allowing it to deal with other tanks without any major issues: just make sure to shoot first!
About the aircraft
- The Sea Hawk Mk.100 is the only aircraft at its Battle Rating of 8.0 that has air-to-air missiles, the AIM-9B. Alongside this, the Sea Hawk Mk.100 also features 4 x 20 mm Hispano Mk.V cannons, as well as a good selection of bombs and rockets, making it a fantastic all-rounder against aircraft as well in the CAS role in ground battles!
For this day, you’ll be able to get this decal by completing the below task.
When: From October 3rd (12:00 GMT) until October 6th (12:00 GMT).
Task: Play 3 battles using German vehicles to receive the “German Unity Day” decal!
Additional details:
- You must use a minimum of rank III.
- Your activity must not be below 70%.
- You can complete the task in random battles, except for Enduring Confrontation missions, [Assault] mode and Helicopter PVE battles.
- Track your progress in the hangar by clicking Nickname → Achievements → Holidays → German Unity Day.
- You can find the decal in the “Holidays” tab in the Customisation menu.

Comments will be premoderatedComparing this and last years Chinese National Day special it is a bit disappointing that Germany gets exactly the same and not even discounts on the rare vehicles...
And the year before that. Last time they got a discount on vehicles was in 2020. So Gaijin at least have the decency to put the discount on premium vehicles like you did with the Chinese, even if it is for 1 day. It doesn’t seem fair…
I know right? I had that exact same thought. Its not even like the chinese day is a major historical event celebration. Its the same as something like an army/navy/air forces day, but they get a sale on every vehicle in the shop. Really really hope that means we aren't going to have a real shop sale on gaijin's bday in a month.
Lol this is really fair. The Chinese got 7 days of discount for premium vehicles. German get’s……nothing. Not even a sigle one. And they haven’t been getting discounts for 3 years in a row; last time was 2020.

For future German Unity Days, I suggest bringing back the original Panther II, Flakpanzer 341 and Tiger II 10.5cm kWk for limited time Research, like the Maus.
We mentioned this numerous times - there are no plans to bring back that vehicles.
Stona_WT, at least consider to balance them..from those that have them.. for example the Flakpanzer 341 .. at 7.0 instead of 6.3.... and the costs to be more for panther 2 .. that acts like a modern MBT... and the tiger 2 10.5kwk .. that has a punch.. like 2 trucks.. and please make the kugeblitz.. at 6.7 that it was.. not 7.0 that goes with nothing.. only with modern tanks...
