Some rewards are for Mobile, some are for regular War Thunder.
Something in mind, Does linking your account into War Thunder mobile will make your IGN in PC have a phone icon just like in consoles?

how can I check if my mobile account is link to the WT account? I mean I play it since alpha test, but Im not sure if its the same account since I use google account to sign in WT mobile, and steam account to sign in the WT
You can check your account details in game. More or less, are your nickname exactly the same on both game?
