The MiG-21 SPS-K Returns to Celebrate the MiG-21’s First Flight
On June 16th, 1955 MiG-21, the most widespread supersonic jet in history, performed its maiden flight. Thanks to modernization and the release of more advanced modifications it remains in use even today, almost 70 years later, by over 15 countries
MiG-21 SPS-K temporarily available for Golden Eagles
To commemorate MiG-21’s first flight, its 1964 modification, MiG-21PFM, renamed by East Germany as MiG-21SPS-K, returns to sale for Golden Eagles from June 16th (12:00 GMT) until June 20th (9:00 GMT)! K in its name means “Kanone”, as it can be equipped with a two-barrel 23 mm GSh-23L cannon that fires powerful, fast, and precise rounds. The aircraft can also carry R-60 and R-13M missiles, and even R-3R, semi-active radar homing missiles!

Comments will be premoderatedany hope that russian event PFM will recive better missile other than r-3s or just the german variant carried r-13, r-3r and r-60?
The soviet PF. is perfectly fine how it is, the only issue it’s that’s a shame that such aircraft (the backbone of VVS and thousands built) is an event vehicle. It should be a TT variant, since it works as a transition between the 1st gen Fishbeds (MiG-21F13) and the 3rd gen (MiG-21SMT/bis)
The MiG-21PFM as an event aircraft was a huge mistake
im gonna guess that this will also happen on set days for things like the BMK & J35A right?
Funny mig
pog
"Fast round" LOL
Nice. Also when summer sale?
This is one of the worst premiums you've ever made. It's a mashup between 3 different MiG-21s as far as I remember..
Feel like this would have been a better opportunity to make the PFM available for sale, instead of an export MiG Also, East German MiG-21M soon™?
