Firstly, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies to each and every one of you. We deeply regret the fact that our actions have let you down, and that we have failed to adequately address the concerns you have voiced over time. We share your passion for the game, and it pains us that our decisions have not lived up to your expectations.
Over the past week, we've been diligently analyzing the feedback you've provided. We acknowledge and agree with your concerns regarding the balance of the economy (Silver Lions and Research Points), as well as modification research. We have therefore prioritized addressing these issues as our immediate concern.
We are in the process of creating a plan to tackle these problems. While we have made some initial progress in understanding the scope of these issues and potential solutions, we anticipate providing a more detailed roadmap by the 14th of June.
We understand the urgency you feel for changes to be implemented, and we assure you, we share your eagerness. However, given the scale and complexity of a project like War Thunder, some time is required to ensure that any changes we make are both effective and beneficial to the player experience.
We are also continually reviewing the vast array of other feedback and suggestions we receive. Rest assured, these are important to us and will be addressed, but at this moment, our first priority remains the game's economics and progression.
We are truly sorry for the disappointment and frustration that we have caused. We commit to you that we are doing everything we can to improve the game, and regain your trust.

Keep apologizing anytime you are making changes with out asking the players first, Keep basing your changes to "Data and Statistics" you are refusing to show for the so called "improvements to the game", This whole "apology" is nothing more than damage control.
I believe that this will definitely be a good thing for the players and for gaijin.
This is extremely good to see. Everyone is interested to see what these changes are. Me personally I'd like to see repair costs removed and silver lions increased. If those happened I'd be satisfied. It wouldn't be perfect. Vehicles need foldering and the grind is insane. 400 hours only has me at 5.0 br. But if I didn't go broke just enjoying the game and could always play how I want, then it would be more fun. I'd become a paying customer if the game was improved.
from giving players... hey you guys don't understand the inner workings about a game blah blah. To be VERY honest this is probebly the best thing ive read so far. And am very happy we finally can be heard and start working togheter for a better game. P.S. We players don't say we want to grind an entire tech tree in 3 days butbeing a free to play game should be able to give players whitout premium a more fun and giving time to play. D.S
Now this is the post I was expecting to see, a company and the playerbase working together to make the game better for everyone. Now, words are great but actions are better, I will give my trust and hope the people at Gaijin will make a good economy revision. For now, my review will stay the same, but I'll be happy to change it to a positive one if the changes do make a positive impact on the gameplay. o7

War Thunder?
Do not disappoint me. I believe that deep down you do really know that being fair to your players is the right thing to do. I don't want to have to leave the game I have commited myself to.
10+ years long player. Thing is, my main problem is not even the repair costs. It's the RP in ground RB and maybe in naval. Air RB seems "fine" (I only play RB). My main issue is the collection of things like: -TY-90. Give aim-9Ls their eccm or don't give eccm to the ty-90 ffs. Or swap the TY-90 with something else that isn't OP af. -considering major nations, ADATS (usa) is practically the worst top tier spaa. Russia has 2 better spaas at high tier... -R-27ER -BVM -Vikhr -hellfire trajectory
So... where is the action?
