Dear players,
Firstly, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies to each and every one of you. We deeply regret the fact that our actions have let you down, and that we have failed to adequately address the concerns you have voiced over time. We share your passion for the game, and it pains us that our decisions have not lived up to your expectations.
Over the past week, we've been diligently analyzing the feedback you've provided. We acknowledge and agree with your concerns regarding the balance of the economy (Silver Lions and Research Points), as well as modification research. We have therefore prioritized addressing these issues as our immediate concern.
We are in the process of creating a plan to tackle these problems. While we have made some initial progress in understanding the scope of these issues and potential solutions, we anticipate providing a more detailed roadmap by the 14th of June.
We understand the urgency you feel for changes to be implemented, and we assure you, we share your eagerness. However, given the scale and complexity of a project like War Thunder, some time is required to ensure that any changes we make are both effective and beneficial to the player experience.
We are also continually reviewing the vast array of other feedback and suggestions we receive. Rest assured, these are important to us and will be addressed, but at this moment, our first priority remains the game's economics and progression.
We are truly sorry for the disappointment and frustration that we have caused. We commit to you that we are doing everything we can to improve the game, and regain your trust.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. We value your continued support and your dedication to the game we all love.

Comments will be premoderatedEven tho it's a very well formulated appology and it's probably the first step to a normal world for Free2Play gamers, I still think that as we already know from other experiences, Gaijin apologises publicly, but after some months, they just implement the bad thing slowly, so they can't be noticed.... But fortunetly, Gaijin probably changed their plans and really started to care about their players, I left War Thunder a few days prior this event, but I am going to get back on when they fix it.

While I think this is a step in the right direction, it is a very small one. I appreciate the apology and it actually feeling somewhat sincere. I believe it would've have been better to make an actual change to the game no matter how small to actually show you're willing to correct these issues. As of right now this is all talk, show us gaijin cares and wants to make changes. I'm hopeful for how this will develop but until actual actions are taken I temper my expectations.
We heard you and now would be a perfect chance to show the community you care about us, by being more transparent with things like the economy, future plans for the game (not like what's coming in the update, but like; plans about new game modes/world war mode). And by listening to the community on other complaints about broken mechanics, and taking some consideration of some wishes. And changing the name of "Change logs" on the news to "it's Fixed" isn't communication with the community.
I don't believe anything of what is stated in this article until it actually comes out.. You guys are way too easily forgiving towards them.. Are you guys new players who haven't gotten your trust broken by them for years on end? Or are you guys just so naive as to believe someone's words?
Good to hear just go through the suggestions in the forum in the economic section there is a ton of stuff to help the game.
Please be sure to follow Suggestion Section rules. If you have questions, please send PM to Suggestion Moderator.

I (and other players too) really appreciate this news but remember : first the news then come the change, not just words but actions. We' ll wait for the better.
this is a good response for now and i'm hopeful that good things can come from this. thank you
I love this game, there's nothing else quite like it. I hope you're being sincere in what you say and that your actions will show that you aren't trying to deceive us again.
