Dear players,
Firstly, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies to each and every one of you. We deeply regret the fact that our actions have let you down, and that we have failed to adequately address the concerns you have voiced over time. We share your passion for the game, and it pains us that our decisions have not lived up to your expectations.
Over the past week, we've been diligently analyzing the feedback you've provided. We acknowledge and agree with your concerns regarding the balance of the economy (Silver Lions and Research Points), as well as modification research. We have therefore prioritized addressing these issues as our immediate concern.
We are in the process of creating a plan to tackle these problems. While we have made some initial progress in understanding the scope of these issues and potential solutions, we anticipate providing a more detailed roadmap by the 14th of June.
We understand the urgency you feel for changes to be implemented, and we assure you, we share your eagerness. However, given the scale and complexity of a project like War Thunder, some time is required to ensure that any changes we make are both effective and beneficial to the player experience.
We are also continually reviewing the vast array of other feedback and suggestions we receive. Rest assured, these are important to us and will be addressed, but at this moment, our first priority remains the game's economics and progression.
We are truly sorry for the disappointment and frustration that we have caused. We commit to you that we are doing everything we can to improve the game, and regain your trust.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. We value your continued support and your dedication to the game we all love.

This is the announcement of a potential step in the direction. I genuinely want to see the game do well, what I want to see more is a core broader player base brought in by an in game economy that encourages player progression through a positive economic environment, not shrinking due to frustration. I have a feeling that your next series of decisions will determine the fate of the game as a whole. I wish you all well, and hope for mutual understanding Sincerely, a war thunder player since 2012
Out of nowhere comment section is full of some old people playing WT since centuries ;)
This is a step in the right direction, congrats Gaijian, Fingers crossed by the 14th June you've also delivered on the road map.
There are some choices that companies have to make that will lose them money in the short term but will gain them loyal customers in the long term so that investors will be more inclined to stich with the company. Gaijin Entertainment will be held accountable for there promise to there community and investors. Only time will tell if Gaijin Entertainment can be trusted or not.
Free Parts and FPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Through out the time ive played WT ive felt its been 2 steps forward and 3 steps back so i wont be surprised if another issue pops up
I do not know how to dance, so dunno, you are trying to introduce me to tango?
I have a premium account and a premium vehicle and I make good kills and still my economy is not good. Imagine who doesn't invest so much.
Please stop review bombing for now. They made a good step.
i will change my review when i see the changes not just bunch of promises
I'll first say I acknowledge this as an apology and I would like to believe that the devs/whoever wrote this truly believe what is written here. Having said that I can't see this as anything but empty words, so many broken promises in the past, I don't mean to be harsh but it will take far more than making good economy changes to regain my trust at this point. I REALLY want this game to succeed, I love the game but I'll need to see some serious sincere actions before I can accept this apology
Totally reasonable and valid opinion, friend - Let's hope they really, truly mean it this time ;)
