Dear players,
Firstly, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies to each and every one of you. We deeply regret the fact that our actions have let you down, and that we have failed to adequately address the concerns you have voiced over time. We share your passion for the game, and it pains us that our decisions have not lived up to your expectations.
Over the past week, we've been diligently analyzing the feedback you've provided. We acknowledge and agree with your concerns regarding the balance of the economy (Silver Lions and Research Points), as well as modification research. We have therefore prioritized addressing these issues as our immediate concern.
We are in the process of creating a plan to tackle these problems. While we have made some initial progress in understanding the scope of these issues and potential solutions, we anticipate providing a more detailed roadmap by the 14th of June.
We understand the urgency you feel for changes to be implemented, and we assure you, we share your eagerness. However, given the scale and complexity of a project like War Thunder, some time is required to ensure that any changes we make are both effective and beneficial to the player experience.
We are also continually reviewing the vast array of other feedback and suggestions we receive. Rest assured, these are important to us and will be addressed, but at this moment, our first priority remains the game's economics and progression.
We are truly sorry for the disappointment and frustration that we have caused. We commit to you that we are doing everything we can to improve the game, and regain your trust.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. We value your continued support and your dedication to the game we all love.

You perfectly know gaijin. There won't be E-100. There won't be modern tanks. There won't be a2a missiles. There won't be battleships. We'll add PTABs when we we'll add tanks. We'll revise the economy.
This is a great first step. I am hesitantly optimistic for positive change.
What's this? An apology that's worded like an actual apology? PROGRESS! Seriously tho, thank you!
Yeah, this is a real step towards a brighter future for both WT and us.
Standard PR letter
show your sincerity in actions, not words. im not falling for this deception.
As we stated in the article, our plan is to show you more details soon™
I'm not sure or this is a pause for them or actual real
This is a step to the right direction. I do hope you are honestly interested in fixing and saving WarThunder. However I'm still a bit sceptical, especially with the silencing going on in the forums, but we'll see by the 14th of June what the direction will be.
It's understandable that you're skeptical. We hope that our next steps will convince you that we all care about creating a game that you will enjoy playing.
No one blames you for being skeptical, I myself am very skeptical towards how everything is going, for sure after having gotten my trust broken for years on end by promises from them and constantly nerfing the economy and how they've handled the outrage so far. But only time will tell if they actually are finally focused on providing a better experience for the player, I'm not gonna get my hopes up just to be disappointed again though.
Who are you and what have you done with the people usually in charge???
You know the drill, we sent them to Gulag.
Actions speak louder than words. Skepticism is justified. We will be comprehensive suggestions list that is not overwhelming for you soon.
"We will be comprehensive suggestions list" such fine words
Let's see what they come up with. But they have responded, at least let us give them every chance to do things right.
Glad to see it being acknowledged and hope for the best outcome that will benefit everybody, Developer and Player.
Good to hear. Let's hope this time it lasts... Having trust to a gamestudio is kind of a cool thing and would be awesome for WarThunder.
We hope we won't disappoint your trust again. Appreciate it, mate.
A lot of youtubers and players made a huge amount of suggestion for better gameplay. Please listen to them! We love this game, its unique! But if its unplayable without spending a lot of money, a lot of players shall leave it. I spend a lot money for premium vehicles and time for faster and easier grind, because I dont have enormous time for grind. But I suggest: more and more premium vehicles are not the answer for that! The normal researchable are the really loved ones and I want to play them!
no gaslighting or condescending talk present actual apology and promise to fix the economy? I am still skeptical since after 11 years you aren't exactly trustworthy but if true I will be more than happy to leave a positive review on Steam and ask my friends to come back.
I hope we can regain your trust. You are a real WT oldtimer.
I should have put that in my reply as well. I have no problems changing my steam review to a positive one if things are on the up and up. I've played this since the closed beta and want nothing more than the game to succeed and the players to be happen. Both can happen at the same time.
