Comments will be premoderatedAs a player of almost 9 years now, I went into reading the last announcement with cautious optimism, to say I was disappointed by condescending tone of it would be an understatement. No doubt myself and many other players only want to see the game grow, but substantial changes to the player experience have to be made. This seems like the first step in the right direction, only time will tell if your actions match your words.
I don't trust you but this is a right step in the right direction. Be transparent and honest and you gaijin might seen some review changes. BUT pull this again, sneak this in and show to lie and you can say hello to your negative reviews always
As a paying customer, whom does tend to follow the battlepass, hearing what was essentially "you don't pay enough" in a game that is clearly profitable has made me lose a lot of trust in the company. This is a step in the right direction, but by no means enough to recuperate faith.
Until Today i Kept losing SilverLion continuosly while im playin Top Tier Ground Realistic Battle and even Sometime my team has Win But Result is -SL , and i still suffer with Lagging server or Waithunder moment. Since 2016 i Was keep spend Lot of money to get more GE to SL, Premium Vehicle's and GaijinCoin to Open Boxes. i Sill Have 558 Days Left to Expiration of Premium Account, So Whats this? why this Premium Account Exist? The apology will only excuse your previous tone-deaf statement. You better keep your promise and produce something good. Tho, I'm sure this little backlash cost you enough share holders for you to actually fix your game. Improving RP/SL gains is minimum. Instead of forcing us to pay to grind, why don't you opt for the camo/decal departement? Works wonder everywhere else, personalizing your vehicle is important to many - and not just generic camos that cost 500GE for each tank please.
During 9 years of playing I have seen lot of posts like this. And always, update after update things were getting worse. I'm worried what idea will come to developer minds now.
Now - lets just hope that this is not just AGAIN another smoke and mirrors approach.

I appreciate the tone of this response from Gaijin. Know that the player responses have come from a place of passion for the game instead of hate. It's just sucks that it had to come to this to finally be heard and taken seriously. I have over 1400 hours in the game and spent over $1k over the years.
