Dear players,
Firstly, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies to each and every one of you. We deeply regret the fact that our actions have let you down, and that we have failed to adequately address the concerns you have voiced over time. We share your passion for the game, and it pains us that our decisions have not lived up to your expectations.
Over the past week, we've been diligently analyzing the feedback you've provided. We acknowledge and agree with your concerns regarding the balance of the economy (Silver Lions and Research Points), as well as modification research. We have therefore prioritized addressing these issues as our immediate concern.
We are in the process of creating a plan to tackle these problems. While we have made some initial progress in understanding the scope of these issues and potential solutions, we anticipate providing a more detailed roadmap by the 14th of June.
We understand the urgency you feel for changes to be implemented, and we assure you, we share your eagerness. However, given the scale and complexity of a project like War Thunder, some time is required to ensure that any changes we make are both effective and beneficial to the player experience.
We are also continually reviewing the vast array of other feedback and suggestions we receive. Rest assured, these are important to us and will be addressed, but at this moment, our first priority remains the game's economics and progression.
We are truly sorry for the disappointment and frustration that we have caused. We commit to you that we are doing everything we can to improve the game, and regain your trust.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. We value your continued support and your dedication to the game we all love.

Comments will be premoderatedThis is the first step in the right direction. Like all other people in this comment section, I must say I'm skeptical. You got one shot Gaijin, one single shot. For the love of your game, the profits of your company, don't waste it. But I guess I don't have to say that if you just make it seems like you care but just do minor changes and make it seems like it's all you can do. You can be sure that the players will rise up again, and it won't be pretty.
I think most of us, just want to play the game in peace. Don't want to destroy it, but rather.. to keep alive as long as possible. With our love for it, because no other game offers so many vehicles.
Actions speak louder than words Gaijin, thank you for this though.
I read a nice bible quote to this on Reddit today: "From their deeds you shall know them; Matthew 7:20". So we will see, what follows to your words! Reviewing the last 2..3 years, theres was a lot of nerfing, reducing, etc. of nearly everything... so we will see, how it's going on! i'm sceptical....
Thank you Gaijin for acting on the poor decisions made towards the economy in recent years, this post shows you still somewhat care about us in the community, hopefully this continues.
I was relieved to see an actual apology from Gaijin, actually made me smile. This debacle has been a sad thing for rhis game, albeit, justified. I hope Gaijin listens forward and stops making excuses like queues and revenue to justify their decision. Remember, a happy customer pays more than an angry one. Good luck forward and keep us updated. Don't go radio silent until June.
They are actually apologizing? Awesome! Hopefully they are genuinely going to fix the game for the better. Also, (off-topic) how bout the fix for ZT3A2 and G6's HEVT? I PMed Stona and Smin1080p about it in the forums to no avail :(
Instead of PMs (we do not accept bug reports via PMs), please use this link: https://community.gaijin.net/issues/p/warthunder Cheers!
I approve
I will believe when I see it for myself.
Wow. Thank you!
