Coal u say? I think that's only in the US and British folklore, bad kids here get a bouquet of "golden twig" (no better english word for it) here (spanking in mind). But since the winter - they say - will be very cold this year; coal might be welcome.
Encouraging spawn camping? Sportsmanship shows itself even in real war from time to time so It would be kinda nice if it was a part of the game, rather than the game makers endorsing spawn camping.
