You can find these decals in the “Weeks latest” section in the customization tab, after which they will be available to their owners in the thematic sections of vehicle customization.
- Tasks can be completed in vehicles of rank II-VII.
- The requirements for the decals may be checked in the “Weeks latest” section in vehicle customization or in the Achievements → Decals → Weeks latest.
- Tasks can be completed in random battles and events, except “Enduring Confrontation” and “Assault” missions.
- Decals received earlier have been temporarily moved to the section “Weeks latest” and will be moved later to the thematic sections.

No. No plans to re-introduce Panther II
They should add the tank back into the game since it was actually found out the 100% fact blueprints of the Panther 2 tank which turret was actually supposed to be on the Panther 2 tank hull that's in Patton Museum of Cavalry and Armor in Fort Knox. The Tank was actually manufactured and the only reason it was never produced was because of war time problems. There was actually a hull made and a turret. They had prototypes of the tank. Wonder why its not back still ?

The Italian lupo emblem has been in game since January of 2020. Is there nothing else to add for them besides one thats in game?
You are missed the idea, that we are adding 5 new decals and re-introducing 5 old ones. Lupo is in old ones section.
I'm So Annoyed That Japanese Decals Are Always Reintroductions Out Of A Pool Of 5-7 Decals, With Many Decals Only Ever Being Seen Once And Rarely Any New Decal. When Can We See Japanese Decals Back From 2017?
