The Battle of Stalingrad was one of the turning points in the history of World War II. The German offensive towards Stalingrad threatened the USSR with the loss of the Caucasian oil fields and the region itself, but the exhausting counterattacks of the Red Army prevented German plans. During months of intense action, Germany and Axis nations lost the initiative, and the last decisive blow from the Soviets resulted in an encirclement of German troops, followed by capitulation at the beginning of February 1943.

Please can the repair costs be removed, this is really annoying
No, there should be an incentive to die as little as possible. If you remove repair costs, stuff like kamikaze CAS will become a huge issue as there is no loss in SL for crashing your aircraft
Hunting_Fox, you don't see the planes used for kamikaze CAS having high repair costs. those are dirt cheap exactly because people use them a lot, these planes die a lot, thus getting even lower repairs. Planes that aren't used much (ineffective or expensive) get higher and higher repairs. And then there is the problem of different modes ... same repair cost for ground & air battles. You pay airRB repair costs in groundRB where aircraft rewards are significantly lower, making lots of planes useless.
PLS PLS, A Random camouflage guaranteed, pls i dont want more premium
this was absolutely worthless only got a booster
U mean u got what everyone else did? I'm shocked!
The boosters are important to f2p users or users who cant spend money for reasons (I have a friend that doesnt use a CC)
Not even a unique camo? Nice...
Why no premium vehicles allowed?
They are allowed, but they had to fight in the Battle of Stalingrad. So only a few can do it.
Rawr!
If you would make these events with rank 3 vehicles ( Yes I know what vehicles were used in Stalingrad historically, I also don't care) or lower all the requirements for the BP and everything else to rank 2 vehicles. It would make a lot more sense to participate. Plus all my rank 2 vehicles in every nation would get used once a month maybe instead of never again after reaching rank 3.
30% Booster. Woo. Hoo. Dont' spend it all at once. Boy, it's amazing that an organisation can be so stingy with fake value currency. OK, I get most of it in the game, repair costs, grind etc (although both are a bit OTT, - that's another complaint) but a 30% booster for the Stalingrad achievement? Not even something that will last, a camo, a decal, anything? Still, I've been playing long enough to not get salty about it. Mean is as mean does, cheap gonna cheap...
Bf 109 G-2, Bf 109 G-2 (Romania) ?
Yes, that means both those versions work for the event.
Red__Balloon, What I mean is that I know the Romanian one is a hidden premium, but I do not see another G2, aside from G2/trop.
Sturmtiger when?
Yeah, I made a model of a Sturmtiger when I was a kid, as a kid I loved the idea of the biggest gun imaginable on a tank. However, with a 5 minute reload, and with even a vestige of realism the crew would need to be outside and vulnerable to 7.x MGs. I can see why Gaijin don't add this to the game. Sure, we all love the idea of a 'meme' vehicle. But this particular vehicle is so far out of the meta it would severely handicap any team it was on. Basically one shot, really slow m/v. Then it dies.
uncle_p, Sturmtiger when?
