Challenger MBTs
During the second half of the 20th century, the UK was one of the main players of the global arms industry. From 1971 onwards, the country sold several hundred Chieftain MBTs to Iran, and in 1974 the British secured a contract to supply Iran with even a more advanced combat vehicle. That's how Challenger history begins!

can u guys tell if Bruce is okay? i heard he went to hospital whit covid. i hope he is back safe and with good health.
He sent a message saying he was recovering very fast, i think its on reddit (i dont use any other social networks)
If all he got was Covid, he's guaranteed to be just fine in a few days. Sounds okay, but a little less energetic in the voice-over. As a former Radio DJ myself, I knew he was sick, or still sick, when he cut that one. Best wishes for the holidays, Bruce.
I just love these informative videos. Good stuff.
Me too, bruce and the info make this videos really enjoyable
A nice tribute for the Challenger 2s would be if their incredibly heavy and thick add-on composite blocks and plates didn't have a KE multiplier half as strong as that of Aluminum... (x0.10 for them when Aluminum's multiplier is x0.20).
Right now, the LFP 360mm LOS of composite add-on armor blocks found in the Challenger 2 TES and Challenger 2 (2F) provide 36mm of RHA equivalent, and the 110mm thick composite side skirts found on TES, provide 11mm of RHA equivalent... is that where the 13 extra tons went...?
SPANISH_AVENGER, Also, please, give them a prope Challenger engine sound! The potato Chieftain engine sound is really off-putting...
hello gaijin i really wanna say why the saber f40 is in 9,3 br ? no speed no countermeasures ???? and not super sonic thing and only 2 bad aim 9b so that i really wanna know why this thing at 9,3 br and why it got a 13k repair cost ?? and what i can do against the phantom 2 ? this thing is so disgusting to be at 9.3
Iran paid for the tanks to Britain but did not receive them.Britain is cunning in this deal
