You can find these decals in the “Weeks latest” section in the customization tab, after which they will be available to their owners in the thematic sections of vehicle customization.
Some of the decals are created by Colin 'Fenris' Muir, Jej 'CharlieFoxtrot' Ortiz, Ricardo "BlueBeta" Lo Verso and Branislav 'InkaL' Mirkov.
- Tasks can be completed in vehicles of rank II-VII.
- The requirements for the decals may be checked in the “Weeks latest” section in vehicle customization or in the Achievements → Decals → Weeks latest.
- Tasks can be completed in random battles and events, except “Enduring Confrontation” and “Assault” missions.
- Decals received earlier have been temporarily moved to the section “Weeks latest” and will be moved later to the thematic sections.

What is ZHANMA? Is car or troops?
Zhanma "战马“ means war horse in Chinese. It belongs to the 81st Group Army of the PLA
I've been very vocal in my criticisms lately (and rightly so) - but credit is definitely due here! Thank you for lowering the requirements for the decals. They were creeping WAY too high the last few rounds of decals and it appears you have listened to the feedback. Keep it up.
They are cool decals, but we are grinding the "7hrs a day" event
And how it's related to decals? To get drops for Export Orders you only need to play random battles.
So now you actually have a reason to play, other than just because you have to. Gives you options to play different nations.
Wish you would have a bit more time to get these decals. The game has just become a grindfest of "omg I need to do.. battlepass missions/event mission/decals" ALL AT ONCE
Majority of that can be done at once. Just check requirements for things you are interested in and select vehicle that fits them all.
Stona_WT, That's true for the current event, where you can achieve them with anything (except for rank I and II) if you only play for the whole day but battlepass missions like "do 15k damage from coastal to bluewater ships" or "get 10 repair assists" limit the game modes or decks you can play instead of just allowing to play with the ones that you currently use for module grind. Now with these decals you usually are even heavier bound to certain nations, tiers (like air to air rockets) and modes.
