repair cost is automated. Currently the F5a is sealclubbing, thus has a high repair cost.

Excellent! Now just a simple request, if and when you add the F-5(E) version in the normal tech tree, please add this Mig-28 skin for it as an unlockable with just 100 kills or something, alright? Pls this is just a humble request.
I'm pretty sure the skin is only for preordered F-5c and won't come to the main tree. HOWEVER, players are free to use their own skins for their vehicles if they want. It's just that others can't see it.
