Third season of the War Thunder Battle Pass
Season awards
Every season you get a new set of awards. See the full list in the Battle Pass tab in the hangar, or check our wiki. Here are the award vehicles of the season 3:
Coupon for M6A2E1
An old school US heavy tank with improved frontal armour and a decent 105mm gun
Toldi IIA
A Hungarian-made light tank built after the Swedish Strv m/38, but armed with a 40mm gun.
Voroshilov light cruiser
The Hero of the Soviet Black sea fleet, a light cruiser of the Kirov class. Punchy main weapons and an improved AA battery.
Coupon for P-39Q-25
A French Premium Airacobra from the most produced series Q. A devastating 37mm gun is backed by .50 machine guns and a bomb to hit ground targets.
What’s new?
This is how the Season 4 Battle Pass store will look when you get both coupon upgrades in the “Strength Athletics” season.
Free Battle Pass
You could get free access to the next, 4th Battle Pass by completing enough stages in the current “Strength Athletics” season!
How does it work? Battle Pass rewards include “Upgrade for a vehicle coupon” - this season, for example, they appear at levels 105 and 125. These upgrades can be applied to previously received coupons for season vehicles so that they become tradable on the Market, or you can combine both improvements and get a full Battle Pass for the next season. This can be done from season to season!
Changes to Season Challenges
Regular Seasonal Challenges (available each week) now do not remain unlockable until the end of the season. You have 3 weeks to complete each challenge.
At the beginning of the season, you receive one Challenge. Every odd week, another new one will appear, and every even week - two.
At the same time, received Season Challenges (for the 21st, 40th and 60th Battle Pass level), will not be changed - they can be still completed immediately and until the season ends.

As always, you promise something great, works well the 1st and 2nd time, and then, you ruin everything by milking the cow dry... All those changes to the BP made it an absolutely bad deal, and to add insult to the injury, you dare to put copypasta vehicles in there! It's utterly dumbfounding! Don't be surprised if you get less and less players... Well less and less revenues should I say, it seems it's the only way you would understand the problem....
After grinding 2 battle passes (first one in a month since that's when I came back to the game, second one just finished all the challenges reaching level 125) and the crafting event, this is gonna be a much needed break from the game for me. Horrible tasks, horrible rewards, horrible grind and horrible changes to how the BP works. It's a real shame but not surprising at this point.
So if I use a coupon, you give me another one at level 105?
no at 105 they give you a consumable to make it tradeable on market all the way to 125 for all 4 rewards
The_AngelOfDeath, from what it sounds like to me
Not a fan of the time-gated challenges, but at least they're much easier than BP2. The vehicles are collectively much better than BP2 as well, so after maxing out BP1 and skipping BP2, I'll likely pick up BP3. The Toldi is my second-favourite BP vehicle so far, after the Matilda.
why only 3 week , if we only have weekend to play, we cant complete alot of the task. players who can only play 4 or less times a week will have a super hard time getting to lv 125, the players who made it to lv100+ said that they have to play every day and do the special task, that makes players(atleast me) hard to have fun, like if they really want the top bp vic they have to spned 2 months of almost non stop grinding to get it. this is just my opinion please take it with a pinch of salt
Buzz no happy that free cannot trade. Me upset. For real this is a bad change, it removes a bunch of players from the market and forces more people to buy. I imagine it would be more profitable for gaijin to make it free as more GJN coin would be spent in the market but who knows.
Honestly, now that the P-39 is going to be free, I have no reason to buy the battlepass. Thanks! Also requiring even more grind just to sell stuff is stupid.
I don't like the changes to the seasonal challanges some challanges from the last season took me way over 3 weeks to complete and the worst part is that it was mostly based on luck
Really putting a lot of effort into nerfing the battlepass, huh.. there's a surprise.. let's just keep ignoring the massive issues that's needed fixing for years .-.
a horrible change in the way that tasks will be arranged during BattlePass... RIP BP SO SOON, thx Gaijin!
