When can we have submarines in game????????? We have plenty of countermeasures, and it would spice things up for naval. WW2 subs when???

This says this is a Special. Was this filed incorrectly or is their a British Heavies special around the corner? One can only assume. Also the more specials they have the more I will spend on this game. Besides this game is showing its age and makes premium items look overpriced. Maybe create a bundle here that will help develop future projects and updates.
