When will we see a balance in the cost of crew training in naval? If we divide the crew number by the cost, we get a per man cost value to train each crew member. But a BR 1.7 crew of 200 people can cost 5 times the cost to train 800 crew of a Destroyer at BR 4, yet the BR 1.7 only has 1 gunner and no torpedoes, and the Destroyer has 3 types of guns and number 12, it has torpedoes, and many other items to train in. Why isnt the cost balanced? 1 crewman costs 10 SL no matter what the boat is?
EG: Italian naval... ship Saetta br4.3 crew 36, 2 guns, train cost 200,000sl = 5,555sl each crew. Boat buy cost 690,000sl........ ship Trento br5.7 crew 987, 36 guns, 16 torpedoes, train cost 180,000 = 182.37sl each crew. Boat cost 610,000sl.... So a dingy with 2 guns costs around 5,300 per man to train up over a ship that outguns it by 34 guns and 16 torpedoes with a smaller br of 1.4 ? Why is there such a difference and no balance? And the dingy costs 80,000sl more than a ship?
Cyannide, Gajin, please standardize the crew train cost. Make each crewman cost 200sl to train, that would balance the cost over ALL naval nations, and make more sense. In my example the Saetta's crew would cost 7,200sl and the Trento's crew would cost 197,400 to train. Please answer this Gajin.
