Believe it or not, but I really enjoy the building events. Even with a job I managed to get the merkava and the VFW pretty easy. I'm looking ahead of a nice grind. They where always enjoyable - for me.
To be honest I was unemployed while the assembly of the tiger (animal) and the is7. But even with a job I'm pretty sure it was doable

An October build-your-own-vehicle event sounds like a really bad idea. Hopefully the grind is fair and it won't be some absolutely crazy task.
