why its rb with markes i thout you said that you listen to community, most people want just regular rb
Probably to make it "accessible" for as many players as possible... I prefer regular RB too, but honestly RB with markers is still A LOT better than how AB works, with lightning fast tanks and the cheat called penetration indicator... I'm glad we'll at least get rid of those.
Turenkarn, it's still a kind of AB, you know in every moment where the enemies are, making impossible to flank or ambush and benefiting heavy armoured vehicles.
Wait....the mighty World War mode is just glorified Squadron Battles? The mode only a very small percentage of the players play? On top of this...if I join I have to count on a "commander" to do everything right to win? Why the HECK would I ever play this?
Squadron battles are dying slowly since 4 years, with blatant dramas and cheating between squadrons, merging again and again to survive in this corrupted jungle. Would be nice to have a revamp of it too. not only world war mode
Whiskoof, Only a handful of people care about Squadron Battles. I mean I don't care if this mode is any good, that's up to people who care about squadron battles to decide. What I care about is air RB sucks. We've told them it sucks for years. Instead of doing something that applies to a huge percentage of the community and fix air RB, they do this stupid World War Mode. Not to mention Tank Battles need some love too. Dont' even get me started on Naval.
The majority of the playerbase is disappointed by the choice of putting markers in World War Mode. This deny every tactic/flanking/ambush aspect of the game. Please remove the markers and show that you listen to the community for real.
I think we'll only have a chance of getting rid of the markers if world war mode gains huge momentum with the playerbase... in that case they'll probably won't be concerned about scaring some AB-only players off... Anyhow it's still in open beta, things can change... let's see how this RB with markers thing works first, and then we can still petition for a change...
Just hope the Community will go against markers. It they are like the AB markers/system. ----E
Make 2 WWM. One for AB with markers and one for RB with its own system of markers.
I Couldn't agree more. That's the only way they're going to get AB players involved while also stopping RB players from rioting.
WARNERwinsGAMING, This will turn in worse riots than those for Parts and FPE. GL Gaijin!
What the point to show a simulation like footage (cockpits, gunners views on tank) on video if this mode will be RB like ? Trick the less informed players ?
I wish WWM was territorial conquest mode rather than historical battles over and over and over again...
I was hoping for the same. Something that continues to build off of itself.
I simply wont play WWM if there are markers. Simple as at. whats funny is that over 50% of arcade players also play realistic and like 65% of all players play and prefer realistic. meaning 82% of the playerbase can and will play WWM if it doesn't have markers. do your research Gaijin. Honestly....
