Objection, Your Honour! You gave us the Archer's reverse speed, not its forward speed. It was a quirk of its design (and use) that had its casemate installed in reverse. The driver has his back to the gun breech. That said, the fastest vehicle in reverse would probably have to go to one of the SdKfz 234 models, which had twin drive trains and equal gearing for forward or reverse!
