We present to you an assortment of Warbond shop items for January. Fulfill Battle Tasks, earn warbonds, improve your shop level and unlock rewards!
Battle Tasks will be available to you after reaching and purchasing a 3rd rank vehicle in any nation in-game. You can read more about Warbonds and Battle Tasks in the War Thunder wiki.
To celebrate Christmas and the New Year we have significantly expanded the assortment of vehicles, added the good old trophy with all decals from the Warbond shop from 2018.
This assortment will be available until the 31st of January!
A couple of interesting vehicles included:
T20
The T20 is a premium Rank III American medium tank. Intended as a replacement for the M4 Sherman tank, it features a rear transmission that gives it a much lower profile than the Sherman series, as well as the 76 mm gun for additional anti-tank firepower. The T20's greatest strength lays in its mobility. The forward and reverse speed are nearly the same due to the transmission, so retreating from cover after exposing itself to fire is easy and quick.
TB-3
TB-3 is, in a nutshell a typical heavy bomber, and a very heavy, very slow one at that. It packs a truely majestic payload of 3000 kilos of bombs, however the problem is in getting this payload to its target. As the maximum speed of TB-3 is equal to terminal speed of most of the fighters, these fighters will often have hard time intercepting the TB, while the TB gunners will gain great opportunity of hitting slowly approaching enemy planes.
Detailed list of the Warbond items in the shop this month:

Battle tasks: These individual tasks bring variety to your gameplay and prevent situations where all the players in a battle try to complete one specific task, effectively ignoring mission objectives that are needed for a victory. They are available for players that have reached the 3rd rank of any nation. On completion, players will receive Silver Lions, and Warbonds - a special in-game currency with their own specific shop, where you can purchase many different items.
You can read more about battle tasks and war bonds in our devblog and on War Thunder wiki.

Holy cow a TB-3M is back, guess this January will be same as the last one - 7 new free premium vehicles gained.
YES!!!! the TB-3 will be mine at last! all hail gaijin!
Thx for adding the TB-3 in January WB shop.
IT WOULD BE NICE IF THIS WORKED IN SIMULATOR BATTLES - just saying, gaijin
TB-3M here I come.
For the fifth time the same vehicle Trophy, so slowly gets boring!
not exactly like they just have hundreds of gift vehicles lying around, waiting just to be used.
? January is the 3 month with Trophy Vehicles?
Already have the vehicles, but happy to see the TB-3 making a comeback. Good luck to those going for it, it’s a ton of fun!
looks like ill be getting the TB-3M seems it didnt show in the anniversary :D
As a TB-3 owner, I can regrettably say that it is not difficult to intercept. In a non-uptier game (1.3 in RB) it's fairly good and can deal with biplanes quite easily, though it does burn fairly easily. In an uptier it's almost a free kill.
yeah, + u can'T land easily without break XD
Lol for February could we do the KV-2 1940 (just a suggestion)
