game is good... but you should really work on your PR and customer service approach... and maybe some long-term customer oriented strategy as opposed to short-term money grabs based on hype mixed with frustration... other than that, the game is good
Agreed. Showing face and at least providing some solution for the Parts and FPE Fiasco shows a step in the right direction. War Thunder is a game like no other, and as long as the developers are connected to the community and trying to improve the game, I will be right here.
Ya still haven't gotten those GE's I was promised through the referral system!!
Been here since 2013. Safe to say that War Thunder has become a completely different game from what it was then. So much stuff added. I can't wait to see where we go next! o7
Indeed, even researching vehicles was completely different when we had ranks only, without the BR system.
I would not be surprised at all if War Thunder added submarine trees as the naval equivalent to helicopters, depth charge bombloads on planes as a counter, and playable infantry to go on the ground force maps. Speaking of the infantry, they already exist on several air maps and in the files for GF maps - they walk/run, lie prone/crawl, or go ragdoll (w/o blood) when "knocked out". Since they're already there, adding them would not actually raise the game's age rating as the devs may think.
How about a second Thunder League?
Need more game modes. Not just cap ABC, dont care for balance, just add something new DX
You may need to join a squadron and get involved in custom match play.
well i find the last 2 years pretty good but you guys also have made some really bad desicions like added op premiums is6 xm1. and have tried to make booster what give you faster repair and one extra fpe for real cash and this was just bassicly selling a advantage. and you guys have added lootboxes what gave this game some pretty big restrictions in my country. and added a market where everything is overpriced
but i also have to say the good thing i love the new vehicles and new addition of france italy and ove the addition of navel mode and the changed in rp gain and a whole lot over other amazing things
I'm just trying to unlock all planes/tanks for all nations. Then onto ships & helicopters I guess :D Hoping to see some more air focused updates in the future.
For economic reasons you might want to play the naval forces at the same time as you go through tanks and planes.
Good luck with that :)
One big step is you need to reduce ammo costs... NO WAY I am going to get the TAM until you lower the cost of its APFSDS. It all the way up at 1,400 sl per shell!!! nice money grab. It's not only on the TAM mind you! Everyone at top tier is getting choked by the exorbitant costs.
Agreed. Even with premium account it's very hard to come out of a game and not lose lions. I have to go play mid ranks if I want to buy researched vehicles because I just can't get ahead in top ranks as it is now.
"GAME RELEASED!" on 2016 should read: "We stopped pretending it was a beta". Let's be frank here, the abuse of the "Open Beta" concept has become a problem across the board for the industry (in the same vein as Steam "Early Access"). Granted, even then I'll admit that Gaijin's not the worst offender.
New nations you say?? Hmmm, intresting... wonder what nations that will be :D
They said new nations for 2 years now. But i dont think that there is much to come since we have the mayor ww 2 nations already in game.
Schwuppdich, Swedish vehicles, Hungarian vehicles , Finnish , Polish , Chinese vehicles....there are some nations ....
TBH I expected a bit more frm Dragor 5.0
