This NEEDS to be uptiered to 8.7. It's a better T-10M.
its not better, it depends on how you use it and how you counter it, if you go on it head on with a leo then even a t54 would be op for you, the is7 is very slow when not moving in a straight line and has a slow turret rotation and armor penetration, which means if you run past it and should any aphe on the bottom side its dead
no, its gun is not good enough to be above 8.3 it just needs BR decompression thats it but sadly that will never happen

not really, even the 380 HEATFS goes thru pretty much anywhere, you just gotta know how to play against it
Behold9, Sure, just fire 3 shells that cost 1000 SL each to kill a tank that only costs 3k to repair and only earn 1.5k SL from the kill. Totally nothing wrong with having a tank that punishes the enemy for playing correctly.

Can we get a video of how do destroy entire teams of them? These weakspots don't really help on small, urban maps when there are 10 of them coming at you.
