On November 25th, 1942 a Soviet-French treaty to create a French fighter squadron in the territory of the USSR was signed. Pilots asked that the squadron would be named “Normandie”. It took part in the battle of Kursk in 1943 and in the offensive in Belorussia in 1944, as well as battles in East Prussia. For its special services during the assault of Niemen the squadron received its respective second name.
During their service 96 French pilots made 5240 operational flights, had 273 confirmed and 36 unconfirmed victories. Four pilots became heroes of the Soviet Union while others also received numerous rewards.

Is the aircraft going to be avaliable again next year at the same date? Becouse i am interested in the Yak but i'm saving the GE for when a discount comes so i can buy some more to buy a premium tenk that i am more interested in

I bought it, and have serious buyers remorse. The 37 just sparks and sparks, and one 12.7 does nothing. 8 games 0 kills. I do not recommend it. Any chance at a refund?
kinda sucks that its got a .50 that does very little, but a 37mm that almost does too much XD i bought it, dont know how much ill use it though, cool event but sucks you gotta get 40 kills to even get the decal (which should come with the plane)
Funny that i one shotted BF 109's wing off some 30 minutes ago with the .50 cal gun.
