"Integrity first, service before self, excellence in all we do."
Motto of the U.S. Air Force
Keep an eye on our website next week,
we will prepare corresponding special for you.
From the moment the United States purchased her first War Plane until 1947, the job of securing America’s skies fell primarily to the US Army and Navy. Beginning in 1909 with the first official title of - Aeronautical Section, Signal Corps - US Army. On September 18th, 1947, American President Harry S. Truman, signed into action the National Defense Act. Authorizing the creation of a new centralized and independent branch of Military Aviation Authority - The U.S. Air Force. From relatively humble origins, the USAF over 70 years has grown into one of the largest, most professional, military service organizations in the world.
Join with us today in commemorating 70 years of American airpower , achievements, and technological advancement. As well as to honor the men and women who over the decades have served, sacrificed, and pushed the envelope of what it means to be a U.S. Military Aviator.

Mighty_Delta_Two, You just made my day
Nice. Maybe we could get Stona to bake a cake and sing Happy Birthday :)
I doubt it's a good idea.
Stona_WT, Best idea ever :) Stona, Hope your singing voice is at least half decent :) Minne is not that grate :p And its okay if you want to cheat a bit with the cake. You can buy it :)

When Again Is The Honourable Birthday Of The IJAF, Or IJNAS
IJAAS*
Turbulenz_JP, or IJAAF
This is very nice of you. I'm personally in AFROTC at the moment and know LOTS of people who are either currently serving or are retired. Although most people only care about this for the specials you'll be putting out, I appreciate the thought of commemorating the USAF.
Hmm... I smell either Rasmussen's P-36, the Premium P-26, both Premium A-26, XF5F Skyrocket, Bong's P-38, or the P-38K as potential Event rewards...or Gaijin could throw a curve ball and give us an Event tank like the M8A1, or put us for a left turn at Albuquerque and put up the German captured M4 Sherman. An absolute fly ball out to left field would be the E-100 to celebrate the US Air Force. Because why not.
'because why not' -Gaijin, regarding everything
I can promise you the German Sherman will never be given out again, it was pre-order only available during the Ground Forces CBT along with T-34 prototype and Gaijin specifically said those vehicles would never be available to obtain again after the CBT.
German air force birthday?
Looking forward to this! :)
Birthday of US Air force? So, where is the Soviet P47, P40 or P39?
