In honor of Lavochkin’s Birthday, the rare La-174 - Soviet jet fighter designed by Lavochkin
is available for research and purchase!
On September 11th, 1900 the famous Soviet aircraft designer Semyon Alekseevich Lavochkin was born. Many iconic aircraft, such as the LaGG-3 were designed under his leadership and served with many Soviet pilots during the first half of the World War II. This included the famous La-5 series and up, to some of the first Soviet jets, the advanced La-11 and La-15 fighters. The prototype of those jet aircraft was known under the name "La-174".
Note : In order to obtain and keep the aircraft after the 18th of September, you need not only to research the aircraft, but also to purchase it.

Why don't you make a EVENT like this be in special EVENT where we get to fly THIS plane in some event map against AI planes and objectives, and If you say win 50 maps (with ur idiotic %) and kill say 30 enemy planes you GET to keep it?? huh? You can't make events where we supposed to already have everything unlocked. AND I goddamn hope that this event WILL come back again next year on his Birthday. ALL EVENTS should be kept on a schedule and come back every year, otherwise ...
It would be unfair to new players, players who for some reason don't have Russian planes already.. Or don't just have time this time around. This is BAD game design and worst shit event planning on your behalf. Don't throw stuff out there without thinking it through. Like THE MOST of your design and events. -.- Start doing yourself a favor and think stuff through and stop being so goddamn Russian in your desicions -.-

I have really come to respect Lavochkin's work! Not only through your game. But the La series are some of my favorite planes to fly! Truly brilliant! I wonder though, now I have the La-9, do you think it is possible to research fully the La15, buy it, and research the 174 and buy it in that time span?
if you have a premium plane at tier 4 and a premium acound and play realistic you can defenetly i started today reasherching the la7 now getting the la-15

You have to buy it before the deadline or it will disappear.
What happens if I only manage to get it partially researched before the event ends? Will I lose all the RP and have to start over from 0 next year, or whenever they offer it again?
RP will be stored, and you will start where you finish when (if!) there will be another option to unlock it.
And how the --- are we supposed to make 200 000 xp in a single week, we can't play 6 hours a day Gaijin!
Fly Tu-4 and you'll get around 4000 RP/game non premium. I once got 10000 RP for destroing all bases and 90% of the airfield
