Advertising this sale ahead of time in the launcher would have been nice. I just spent almost $200 yesterday. Would have spent much more today due to the sale, but I'm too miffed now to spend more money.
It's best to time your purchases around certain periods of the year, when discounts are likely to be announced. Victory day was around the corner. It was wise to wait for it.
skaniol, Every other business/software company advertise sales way ahead of time (we do with our racing sim). I'm not about to look up American or Russian holidays to guess when a sale might come around. It would have just been common courtesy for Gaijin to advertise it ahead of time for the obvious aforementioned reasons. The result of which is they simply lost hundreds of dollars in future sales from me, which evidently they can easily afford to do without.
