How to receive ”Chronicle awards”
(Access the battles in the event's tab!)
In order to receive prizes, you must complete the event stages in order to achieve “Chronicle awards” which you can complete in the “WW II Chronicles”. You can complete three of the five tasks of your choice:

Conditions:
- You must complete tasks in special battles: Events and tournaments → WW II Chronicles.
- To receive “Chronicle awards” (ground vehicles and aircraft) you need to complete 3 out of 5 tasks for appropriate kind of vehicles. To receive a premium ground vehicle you need to complete the tanker stages, for pilots, to receive an aircraft you need to complete an air battle stage.
- Each stage is active for 2 days and will reset at 11:00 GMT on the third day when a new task will be started.
- “Chronicle awards” which will be marked in gold will be counted as completed.
- You will be able to purchase any missed stage using the in-game store.
- You can follow your progress in “Achievements → WW II Chronicles”

Reminder: You can fulfill the tasks ONLY in chronicles events.
Personally, I would like to see the tasks be stripped down to much simpler tasks. Air can simply be "Get X amount of kills" or "Destroy X amount of ground targets". Tanks can be "Destroy X amount of player-controlled vehicles" or "Capture X amount of capture zones". The trade off? Increase the token requirements of the reward vehicles to 30 or 40 required to unlock the vehicle. Give us some easy tasks, but just stretch them out to last the events' time period.
What a horrible event. These devs just don't have any common sense do they? You don't require your playerbase to grind for a gift that you spent time putting together. The fuck is your logic? 20+ hours just for 1 item, hope you get enough credits by then! Always hated you fucks. I swear to god.

Yeah, not going to bother. The last one of these I participated in left me so frustrated at the end of each mission I couldn't play anything else for the rest of the day. And honestly, the rewards weren't really worth it in the end. Dick Bong's P-38 is decent, the MBR-2 just sits there looking pretty in my garage, the KV-2 1940 is just a KV-2 with a coaxial MG, and the one I've gotten the most actual use out of was the Iron Duke IV, but I haven't touched it in months.
Got 4 times first place both in planes and tanks, and it didn't give me the achievement, is this a bug? fix please!
"Supporing fire"? Good joke, Gaijin. Solo players adore this random crap which is beyond their control. Make tasks which would make sense and be doable by everyone.
not that hard. 1) go in tank RB 2) only take planes 3) let the autosquad system put you with a buddy in a tank 4) shoot the tanks before your buddy kills them 5) gg you got your supports
thanks Gaijin to review the requirement to achieve the task. those 12kill in a match are very better than 3 victory in an row from the Christmas event. it's just another prove that you read the feedback from the survey.
Not sure about you, but I think 12 kills in one match is close to impossible for most people. I actually did get 12 kills two days ago, but I have never seen any other player even getting 10 in any of the matches in the last 4 days. 3 wins in a row is easy in comparison. Just by random chance you should most likely get that in 10 wins.
mardur, it's freakin easy if you do not play in arcade. it simply becomes 3 kills in simulator. easy.
Historical layout on big map. I would love to see more of those events so they are like SB continue one to another.
The task for getting 12 kills in one battle for tanks is bugged, I managed to get 11 kills in the simulator event, which with the multiplier of 4x in SB should have been enough to complete the task, but the task did not register as complete by the end of the battle. Hoping for a quick fix to an otherwise rather enjoyable event.
