We are happy to introduce the very original top-5 players from the previous month. Unusual achievements you would never think of. Every one of these is extremely good in his own way of gaining victory - or at least trying to do so.
Die Hard
The first one is our “saddest” winner. “Die Hard” nomination is given to a player who most often took first place… in the losing team :(
Sir_Nos, who has been with us since 2013 and during more than 100 battles this month tried to bring his team to victory against all odds - but it was in vain. Congratulations mate, and we feel for you.
Internationalist
How often do you change vehicles after battle? Perhaps you play 2 or even 3 different nations? Our next hero Masuldur is an “Internationalist” - he played 290 battles last month - 58 battles for each of the 5 War Thunder nations!
The Conqueror
“Capture the base, must.. capture… the base!” The most persistent player of the month is Elrik, he captured enemy bases two times more often than most players. “The conqueror” - that’s what we will call him! By the way, are you already completing April’s Battle Tasks?
Undecided
*briansmith3592 will be “known” as “Undecided” - not “inefficient” - this player changed Battle Tasks more times than anybody.
Pyro
And finally the “hottest” nomination goes to WolfHeinz, he lets his enemies… burn. 51% of his opponents were destroyed by fire - we have a real “Pyro” here!

Sweet, this was an amusing piece of news today, thanks!
We need a Lumberjack in here. Who knocked over the most trees in a month.
lul undecided XD I feel for sir_nos iv done that too many times :( t34-85 alone isn't biased enough to help win a losing team :(
We need a "Gas Guzzler" award, for the people who drove the most, and a "Prius Driver" award for the one who drove the least.
Will the get those as wearable titles? That would be fun. Although Conquerer is already there, as is Pyromaniac :)
Wolfheinz should probably get the No Smoking sign for free.
But... isn't being "undecided" an "inefficient" way of playing? It seems like it would take longer, if you're not focusing on one objective...
Like I said in my previous comment, I changed 227 times (~4.4M SL). I finished the month at 4750 WB (my goal was 4250). I wouldn't say that's inefficient. You don't change tasks after you started them. I change in order to get a task that gives better WBs as 1st priority and my 2nd priority is getting tasks taking the least amount of time to complete. Changing could be a risk, but only if you are playing 1 mode. I play 2: Air AB + RB. There are 2 more for tanks.
I'm confused. Is this part of the April Fools thing?
If you spend half the game getting altitude to take out bomber and save the airfield & save the game you get same points as shooting one down anywhere? save the game and come in 15th place? Higher altitude should = higher points with bombers?
where do they get there stats from I should of got something for the most private messages after game getting abused saying I'm poo house even though I got more points and kills/caps than they did hahahaha
