A Revolt in War Thunder

Dark Times Ahead…

British tankers are not happy that many of their vehicles are simply not good enough to meet the onslaught of other vehicles so they have taken the decision to leave War Thunder.

The BWU (British Warriors Union) has co-opted the RAF (on this their anniversary), into joining their ground based brethren in leaving the game and will be offering up their services to any bidders at a reduced rate. The breakaway group will consider forming their own game elsewhere asking the UK government to provide their own in house developers that will further their cause by ensuring every British Vehicle wins every battle and is equipped with Tea and Biscuits.

STOP PRESS!

The US is also moving to leave now!

  • US Warriors demand that their tanks and aircraft only be equipped with US parts where previously they were fitted with British components and additionally demand that the shortfall in performance be accounted for with an artificial boost where the shortfall is noted. They also demand that the any Lend lease items be returned to them immediately.

Other nations are now showing concern.

  • Germany will spawn camp until artificially boosted - paper only - designs are added as anything else simply isn't fair.
  • The Soviets will be massing in a giant national strike. T-34’s must be given back their natural superiority over all other vehicles as well as increasing all performance stats on all Soviet vehicles with an additional 10% boost.
  • The Emperor has demanded that in the interest of equality, the machinery of war from other nations be fitted retrospectively with a fail safe device that will activate upon detection of a defeat and will cause the power plant of any vehicle that isn't Japanese to simply stop operating.
