Finally a proper way to handle the registration for these tournaments (talking about 1x1 Air AB). Thank you! It didn't make sense to register for a tournament several days before the start and then to have half the players missing for various reasons, while other online players couldn't join to replace them because of no vacant places left. Maybe someday we'll have smaller Sit & Go automated tournaments as well.
