So premium vehicles for GE are included, but are the packs like for example T29 Advanced pack also included indiscounts?
I see these discounts include premium vehicles but means all vehicles premium of a nation got a discount ?
So does the small text mean that talismans for japanese tanks will not be on sale? ,because ive grinded all the way to the type 61 so will the talisman be half pricee?

The gift that doesn't stop giving, yes it may not be what some of you wanted but at least they are giving you the option to get these items at a discount! The one thing i'm actually hoping they do discounts on are Golden Eagles makes sense to do at least to me it does considering the things you are buying tomorrow require GE to buy as will the rest of the discounts (Well some not all).
