Loss of connection to the server is no longer a verdict for battle!
Pilots and tankers, we are introducing the long-awaited mechanics of return to battle due to a lost connection. If you have been disconnected, just reconnect to the server and game will offer you the chance to rejoin the running battle. You will be able to refuse, but what warrior abandons his comrades?
At this stage, the mechanic is effective only in game modes with multiple vehicles in lineups, as currently, the vehicle being used at the time of the disconnection will be counted as lost.

*gets back in the match*..... then watch your tank corpse burning ))).
Yes, machine you used during d/c will be destroyed. If you will have enough SP or spare machines, you will be able to re-spawn.
Stona_WT, In future, maybe it will looks a little different, but now, as you can read in DB, it will be destroyed)
Neat! It would be cool if a bot took over the player vehicle during his absence in future.
I hope not! Bots in this game are incredibly stupid and useless. They just stand in the open and shootin the air like retards, revealing their position... So I would prefer if my tank would just stand still and do nothing...
KirkorKirkor, For planes I would love if a bot could take over if I was disconnected or suffered extreme packet loss. The alternative would be the plane crashing into the ground - AI planes at least try to avoid the ground.
is this will work if i leave the battle by pressing the leave battle button?
No.
so..i am in my 3rd vehicle..get connection lost..it's still game over right?
Tanks that is....
Watch as people game the system to teleport out of disadvantageous engagements... It will be like airfield campers but worse, because we can't even kill them...
I think you do not understand how this system works. If you D/C your vehicle will explode/die/crash. How you want to use it as an advantage? :O
so this reconnect feature will not be available for plane RB battle mode? I demand justice for the pilots who lost their due to crappy internet!
Not now. Maybe in future. In meantime, try to contact your ISP ;)
Does this have anything to do with joining a game where you and only two of your teammates are alive, a.k.a. game is already over and you just go there to waste silver lions?
Are you guys ever going to fix the problem when you do Test Flight > Mission Editor > (Difficulty) Custom? When i do this, my game crashes and this has been a bug in the game for quite some time.
But will the loss of the current vehicle count against your Spawn Points? If so, this isn't much of a fix.
Yes. If not, you will be able to abuse it.
