Server Update 19.03.19

Smoke grenades on modern vehicles have been changed to aerosol-type canisters. The smoke curtain triggers much faster (including the quicker loss of the enemy markers), it will be deployed in the air directly in front of the vehicle and has a larger coverage area. Vehicles that have received the new smoke grenades:
