  • A bug which would portray ground vehicles as being destroyed during replays after losing 2 crew members, has been fixed.
  • The rear ammo storage bulkhead protection of the  MBT-70/KPz-70 is now enclosed by spaced armour: 19mm steel, 38mm air space, 12mm steel. Source: Bundesarchiv, BW 1/402733.
  • A bug relating to active armour mechanics when shaped charge angled-shots strike reactive armour “blocks” has been fixed. Previously, the angle at which a round would strike armour would not correctly have an effect on the damage dealt. Now the maximum protection is attainable with a round strike at 60 degrees giving an armour thickness of 370-400mm. Striking the armour at geometrical ‘normal’(perpendicular) will result in an equivalent protection of about 100 mm.
  • Client stability has been improved.

The current provided changelog reflects the major changes within the game as part of this Update. Some updates, additions and fixes may not be listed in the provided notes. War Thunder is constantly improving and specific fixes may be implemented without the client being updated.
