Dear players,
Firstly, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies to each and every one of you. We deeply regret the fact that our actions have let you down, and that we have failed to adequately address the concerns you have voiced over time. We share your passion for the game, and it pains us that our decisions have not lived up to your expectations.
Over the past week, we've been diligently analyzing the feedback you've provided. We acknowledge and agree with your concerns regarding the balance of the economy (Silver Lions and Research Points), as well as modification research. We have therefore prioritized addressing these issues as our immediate concern.
We are in the process of creating a plan to tackle these problems. While we have made some initial progress in understanding the scope of these issues and potential solutions, we anticipate providing a more detailed roadmap by the 14th of June.
We understand the urgency you feel for changes to be implemented, and we assure you, we share your eagerness. However, given the scale and complexity of a project like War Thunder, some time is required to ensure that any changes we make are both effective and beneficial to the player experience.
We are also continually reviewing the vast array of other feedback and suggestions we receive. Rest assured, these are important to us and will be addressed, but at this moment, our first priority remains the game's economics and progression.
We are truly sorry for the disappointment and frustration that we have caused. We commit to you that we are doing everything we can to improve the game, and regain your trust.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. We value your continued support and your dedication to the game we all love.

Comments will be premoderatedCan we just get rid of damn repair costs. you spend time researching a vehicle spend time earning SL to PURCHASE the vehicle AND crew it a AND THEN pay for it every single game. and in top tier an abrams costs what? 7K SL to repair well you only get 2k per kill.
you really want to make a change? Or do you procrastinate and continue to play with words? Purporting to be for the benefit of the players but actually continuing your old routine as usual? I think there's a good chance you'll choose the latter, but we'll see.
Please, make the game more fair, fun and balanced gameplay + fair economy is what makes a game enjoyable and longlasting. And it comes from a paying player since 2013. No op stuff, no cheap tactics and I'll keep buying your stuff!
I want to believe you Gaijin & Co. but I can't trust you. That's something you've lost from me and many of us. This is a good first step but, until progress is made the process will not begin.
My god, what is this feeling? I am actually feeling that we are going in the right direction, of course, only time will tell if the changes are good. But thanks for listening, even if it needed to go as far as review bombing, and i hope a good future awaits for both us players and the devs. Stay safe. Love you Stona, S2.
Love you 2 (in bro way)
Lets let the actions speak for themselves. The game still has many other issues that should be addressed.
T.H.A.N.K-Y.O.U-!
My caps lock sense tingling
How long is it gonna take for you to increase chances of getting something good from loot boxes. Or atleast provide us with percentages
This is a step in the right direction, however the sincerity here just seems like smoke and mirrors. Actions to give the players what they NEED as well as what they ask for will prove that this message is genuine.
I love to see this! I hope for changes for the better. It's currently so discouraging to play a simple 6.7 line up and enjoy my self only to make little to no silver lions on a moderate to high battle participation match.
It currently about costs 166,710,700 Silver Lions to buy every single vehicle, but this wont include repair costs, modification purchases, crew costs, etc. I have only made 106,458,584 Silver Lions in my total time, and I have played since 2013 but hardly have near the amount of vehicles all those silver lions would go to, and I'm still constantly broke. Even when I had premium for the amount of times I had always felt broke.
